The Irish BICs are certified members of EBN, the European Business & Innovation Centre Network. The Irish BICs occupy a unique position in the Irish start-up and scaling enterprise ecosystem. The BICs can trace their origins back to the EU where the BIC network continues to be highly proactive across a wide range of EU regions.
The mission & values of the Irish BICs correspond to those of EBN with a clear focus on regional sustainable economic development, quality business planning support and access to finance being the key enablers of enterprise creation and growth.

EBN is the leading international, non-profit association of quality-certified EU Business and Innovation Centres (EU|BICs), incubators and other innovation brokers and business support structures (i.e. accelerators, clusters, investment funds).
Through this network, the EU|BICs have developed the EU|BIC trademark, which certifies their compliance to a set of standards known as the EU|BIC Quality Mark Criteria, the only innovation and entrepreneurship quality system recognised by the EU.
Furthr were delighted to host EBN TechCamp 2024, held from November 19–21 at Dublin’s Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC). Europe’s top innovation leaders gathered under the theme "Transform, Innovate, Accelerate."
The event emphasised the transformative power of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation within entrepreneurial ecosystems and innovation support organisations. Featuring keynote speeches, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities, TechCamp 2024 fostered collaboration and the exchange of cutting-edge insights within Europe’s entrepreneurial support community.
