The BICs are also a key instrument in the Irish Government's portfolio of supports to start-up companies, working closely with Enterprise Ireland to assess, advise, validate and progress early stage business plans to an investor ready stage, with an objective of driving the number of High Potential start-ups approved each year by Enterprise Ireland.
