Silicate is an Irish agritech and climate-tech company using enhanced weathering to remove carbon dioxide while improving agricultural soils. Its first-in-the-world approach applies finely milled returned concrete and limestone to farmland, backed by rigorous measurement and scientific research.
From March to July 2025, Furthr helped translate Silicate’s technical proposition into an investable commercial story through one-to-one HPSU consultancy, Pitch Jam, financial model review and iHPSU application support. The company raised €1.35 million, including €350,000 from Enterprise Ireland, and secured commercial agreements with Zurich Insurance, Klarna and Milkywire.
