Based in Cork and spun out from University College Cork in 2024, ArrayPatch is developing DerMap™, a next-generation pain-free dissolving microneedle technology that delivers medication precisely at the target site. The company was named overall national winner of the 2025 Seedcorn Competition.

AxisBIC supported ArrayPatch across business planning, investor readiness and pitching. Dr Waleed also took part in the Entrepreneur Experience and Venture Academy, and the company secured HPSU funding in 2025.
